1. Acceptance of these Terms

Small variations may occur in colour, texture, natural materials, handcrafted details, dimensions or appearance. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colours appear.

Any material variation that is normal for a natural, handcrafted or handmade product will not automatically mean that the product is defective. This does not affect your rights if the product is materially different from its description, damaged, defective, counterfeit or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law.

6. Product photographs and AI-assisted images

We may use photography editing, background replacement, digital enhancement or artificial-intelligence-assisted tools for presentation and aesthetic staging.

Such techniques may be used for:

• Festive or decorative staging

• Removal of unrelated background objects

We aim to preserve the important physical characteristics of the product. However, edited or AI-assisted images are illustrative and may not perfectly reproduce lighting, scale, background or colour on every device.

The written product description, specifications, dimensions and material details should be considered together with the photographs. If you need confirmation of a particular detail before ordering, contact us.

We will not knowingly use digitally altered images to misrepresent the material, quantity, essential design or key characteristics of a product.

8. Prices, taxes and offers

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless another currency is expressly shown.

You must provide complete and accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

merekrishna.in is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by you. If a correction is requested before dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to update the order, but cannot guarantee that a courier label or shipment already processed can be changed.

You must not use:

• Another person’s identity without authority

• A false delivery address

• An unauthorised payment method

• Misleading billing information

11. Payments

Available payment methods may include prepaid online payment, UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery, partial COD or other methods shown at checkout.

Payments may be processed by independent payment gateways and financial-service providers. merekrishna.in does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

Payment processing may be subject to:

• Bank authorisation

If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference. The refund or reversal timeframe may depend on the payment provider or bank.

12. Cash on Delivery and partial COD

COD or partial-COD availability may depend on:

Any non-refundable advance, cancellation deduction or conversion into store credit will apply only if:

13. Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:

• Government restrictions

Ownership and risk will pass according to applicable law and the delivery arrangement. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, notify us promptly so that we can investigate with the courier.

15. Cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds

30. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and transactions made through merekrishna.in are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws, courts in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.

31. Changes to these Terms
