PREPAID:

 

SHIPPING AND PLATFORM FEES: Shipping Fees + Platform Fees = Rs 150 only
SHIPPING TIME: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 working hours.
Please note: Personalized items will take longer to process. If your order has both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered beforehand.

SHIPPING MODES AND CHARGES: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 999.

PREPAID: Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above Rs. 999. Orders above Rs. 2,999 may or may not require confirmation.
We can charge Rs. 50 as (platform fees + handling fees) on all return orders and exchange orders.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY:

 

As we provide CASH ON DELIVERY, but with the condition of PARTIAL PAYMENT *
Customers are required to pay a partial amount/partial payment of ₹150 only at the time of placing the order, and the remaining balance can be paid in cash, via QR code, or UPI payment method available at the time of delivery.

Please note: *The partial payments are non-refundable under the following circumstances

  • In case of a replacement, ₹150 will be charged each time, which is non-refundable if the product is found non-defective from our end after inspection. This will apply only if we accept the replacement request.

  • If the product is defective or broken from our end, the replacement charge of ₹150 will be refunded.

  • If the product is damaged due to our shipping partner, the replacement charge will be refunded.

  • If the order is rejected or canceled after 8 hours of placement, the partial payment is non-refundable.

 

Why do we offer partial payment?

 

  • To reduce fake or unconfirmed orders, we offer partial payment for COD orders.
  • This helps us ensure smooth processing and delivery of genuine orders.

 

TRACKING: You will receive tracking details over email and WhatsApp.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled through our website. If you wish to cancel a shipped order, please contact our customer service team directly by phone for assistance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, based solely on the description, due to the unavailability of the product or any other unforeseen circumstances, as we are using multiple tech platforms, so there may be some glitches that can create unfavorable conditions for us.
  • Orders above Rs. 2,999 may or may not require confirmation. As we need confirmation for higher value orders, they acquire a significant amount of logistic costs.

Partial payment / partial amount: The partial payment includes the average (forward shipping + platform fees + handling fees + packing) is equal to Rs. 150 only.
